What was the project about?
Implementation of a globally integrated ERP solution (SAP S/4 Hana) that aligned to the businesses global Asset Management Framework (AMF) and other enterprise requirements / systems.
The project utilised a team of maintenance, supply & system specialists, and client sourced subject matter experts (SMEs), to enhance existing CMMS data, setup delivery system architecture, complete an automated data transformation, commission the new SAP system, resolve operational handover data and deliver initial system training.
The team integrated Asset Management, Supply Chain and Financial data to enable maintenance and supply activities aligned to the existing operational needs.
