What was the project about?
Stage one of this project was to review over 1,000 reports across 3 legacy ERP’s being used across the organisation for Work Management.
Stage two involved facilitating a global review remotely from Australia across 4 different countries and developing a global suite of metrics with lagging and leading key performance indicators that can be utilised for benchmarking across every operation on a monthly basis.
Stage three involved manually downloading and building weekly metrics in SAP for the Australian operations for a period of 9 months post go-live and integrating each one individually into the corporate Business Intelligence software.
