What was the project about?
The first stage of this project was to take the lead facilitation role for development of the work management function across the organisation’s global copper and zinc operations. This was completed in consultation with senior executives, site and corporate Subject Matter Experts over a period of 6 months.
The second stage of this project involved taking on the lead role for the development and review of the organisations coal operations Asset Management Framework as a trial across all of their coal operations in Australia. This work also included the development of eLearning storyboard content, competency development framework, an asset management audit tool and review of micro-learning techniques.
